These terms govern your use of cherianderson.com and the services offered by Cheri Anderson LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, starting a chat, or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
We provide faith-informed family crisis coaching, private intensives, and related consulting. What we do is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health care. Any recommendation you receive is guidance, and the decisions about your life and your family remain yours.
This is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in crisis and need to talk to someone right now, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Scheduling and appointments
Consultations are booked through our scheduling page. The details shown at the time of booking, including the length of the session and the fee, are the terms of that booking. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.
Fees
Fees for consultations, engagements, and intensives are shown at booking or in your written proposal. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due before the session or at the start of the engagement.
SMS terms
By texting with Cheri Anderson LLC you agree to receive text messages at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Your conduct
Please use this site and our services lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts that are not yours, or send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages. We may end a conversation or an engagement if conduct makes the work unsafe or impossible.
Confidentiality
What you share in a session is held in confidence. We will not publish your story without your explicit permission, and identifying details are changed when permission is given. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person.

The words, images, videos, and materials on this site belong to Cheri Anderson LLC. You are welcome to link to this site. Please do not copy or republish our content without written permission.

This site links to other services, such as our scheduling page and our Substack. Those services operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers and limits
This site and our services are provided as they are. We do not promise a particular outcome, because the work depends on people and circumstances we do not control.
