Cheri Anderson LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides family crisis coaching, private intensives, and related consulting services through cherianderson.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, our chat widget, our scheduling and messaging tools, and any text messages we send.

Information you give us

• Contact details. Your name, email address, and mobile number when you start a chat, send a message, or book a consultation.
• What you tell us. The content of your messages, including details about your situation and the people involved. You choose how much to share.
• Scheduling details. The time you select when you book, and any notes you add to the booking.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. If analytics are enabled on the site, we use them only to understand which pages are useful and to fix problems.

How we use your information

• To reply to you and provide the services you ask for.
• To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and remind you about appointments.
• To follow up after a conversation or consultation.
• To send occasional updates about our services, if you have asked for them.
• To keep records, meet legal obligations, and protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for profiling or advertising.

Text messaging

We collect your mobile number and your consent to text only through the chat widget on this site. We use that consent to send appointment reminders, follow-ups, and occasional updates. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that run the tools behind this site, and only as needed to deliver the service you requested:

• Our messaging and phone platform (LeadConnector, by HighLevel) for the website chat widget, phone calls, and text messages.
• Our scheduling tool (Calendly) when you book a consultation.
• Our email and website hosting providers, which store and deliver messages and serve this site.

These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a person at risk. We never share texting opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us to remove you.
• Access, correction, or deletion: contact us and we will help. We may need to keep limited records where the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we are working together, and afterward only as long as we need it for records, or as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as our Substack and our scheduling page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
